Stephanie Fessel began her training career in 1986 as a Graduate Assistant for the Dale Carnegie Training® program.  Upon earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, she continued her passion for training as the Regional Training Specialist for CHANEL, a leading cosmetics company in the South Florida Region.

In 2002, Stephanie entered the real estate industry and immediately began working for a top producer in the industry.  She credits her successful start in real estate to the solid start & accountability he provided everyday.  "I had a great coach and mentor to consult with on a daily basis.  He provided a firm foundation by which to build my own successful career.  I was very fortunate.  His love and passion for the business and for people inspired me to utilize my former training expertise in helping others be successful too!"

In 2003, she returned to training and became the Director of Training & Career Development for Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® Carolinas Region.  She is a certified FastStart™ instructor and has taught over 200 FastStart courses in the past four years in both North and South Carolina.  In addition, she holds three Coldwell Banker designations:  Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), Certified E-Marketing Specialist (CEMS), and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). 
 
She earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR), the e-Pro designation, and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.  She is also certified in Integrity Systems.  In addition, she serves on the Education Advisory Committee for the Charlotte Regional REALTORS® Association, serves as a NOVA Instructor, and is an active member of REBAC, the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association (NCREEA), and the Counsel for Residential Specialists (CRS).
 
In 2006, Stephanie and her husband Dennis appeared as open house attendees on the popular A&E Show "Sell This House!"

Her peers and students often refer to her training sessions as motivational, energizing, and power-packed with hands-on knowledge of the real estate industry!  Stephanie truly has a passion for teaching and for improving people's lives.
