2- Wreath on the front door with the smell of evergreen.
3- No inflatables .."one man's merry may be another man's tacky"...simple string lighting same color to match decor.
4- Monotone colors.
Earthtones- cranberries, gold, forest green
Blue rooms- stick to silver, neutral colors no red

• I have a complaint about Minnie High. My issue is that I didn't know about her before wasting nearly 6 months with a different agent at another company. You've got to market that woman - she might be the best secret your company has to offer! In today's world where so many people only make contact with a complaint, I wanted to make sure to highlight the exemplary service my family received from Minnie during our selling/buying process. From the start, Minnie was professional and courteous, not to mention informed and knowledgeable. She was direct when she needed to be, but understanding and caring about each of the special requests we as the buyer/seller came up with. And let me tell you, we presented her with some challenges! We were trying to sell a home which literally had I-485 in the backyard and we were trying to buy a home from a man who felt like he was an expert on anything and everything the world has to offer. Now, in order for us to get the new home, we had to sell the old one first. Minnie nearly tripled the amount of people who toured our home once she took over the account, which ultimately allowed the perfect buyer to find us. Then, she worked tirelessly with the selling agent for our new home to navigate endless obstacles which the seller threw up. For example, despite having 3 or 4 different companies confirm that he had a moisture issue beneath the home (which could result in mold), the seller insisted there was no problem. Minnie did not give up and ultimately convinced the seller to meet our terms. We've been here for about 4 months now and are very happy. Even after the sale, when we had issues with the home warranty company we signed with, Minnie was first in line to fight our battles and see that our needs were met. She'd make a great lawyer - and trust me when I say that you'd want her on YOUR side! :) I could never do justice to the quality of work and personal attention we received from Minnie in such a short note. I sincerely mean that I've never had better communication with someone in business than I had with Minnie - there was a constant stream of updates which made me feel like I was in total control while she was representing us. We were thrilled with the level of service we received from Minnie and now that our business relationship is over, we are proud to consider her a family friend.
